However, by the restrictions of the specific historical conditions, and its limitations: the number was small so was the scale, did not form a system; the learning content were limited to the level of the Western artifacts; overall educational level was not high; caused by emergency and hygiene, lacks of overall planning and strategic objectives; there was different understanding of the women Industrial Education, and implement was ineffective.Westernization Industrial education in this particular period of history, from none to have the initial development, although there were many deficiencies and shortcomings, its achievements and influence were obvious. China eventually established the modern industrial system; the aim Westernization pursued, the contents of Industrial Education,the practice of industry education, all led the trend of the development of education, and embodied China's traditional education transited into the new modern type, and promoted China's modernization of education. It also played a catalytic role on the Modernization of China's social history, made a trend of social elite diversification, it laid a foundation for China's early modern industrial, and trained a number of emergency talents with specialized skills, attentions to Westernization talents made the morale of society civilized.Westernization Industrial Education achieved to the target with a large extent and they had completed the mission, the general situation is a success. In a certain sense, although the Westernization School was small in scale, the number of graduating students were limited, the distribution has not fully started sponsoring, the actives lacked of permanence; it conformed to the development trend of history, broke the deadlock in the tradition feudal of education, to a certain extent, it brought updates on personnel training goals, vocational education had firstly changed its traditional vassal status of education, accessed to an independent and got initial development, and promote the process the modernization of China's education in history. The role of Westernization Group played in the industrial projects in education was set by the advocates, supporters and of the presiding officer with vision gathered in one person, these figures also played an important role in the process of China Modernization.
