Class is the basic unit of the school, which students living in the most direct and most important groups; We are concerned about education, so we can not ignore the class research. Classes as college students the basic forms of organization, is to carry out ideological and political education of college students. The class cultural is a subtle force and a specific cultural environment, which guides the students develop. By strengthening the cultural development of college classes, classes can enhance the collective education and the effectiveness of self-education and strengthen and improve ideological and political education of college students. At the same time, strengthening the cultural development of college classes is the need to create a safe campus and is the need to improve students management institutional.This paper clarifies the concept of the class culture firstly, to define the study scope of this paper, compares it with any other related conceptions such as "culture" and "campus culture", and investigates its features deeply. Secondly, through the method of extensive reading, this paper reviews the historical process of research and study on the construction of the class culture at home and abroad, and expounds the significance of the research on the cultural development of college classes. Then, through the questionnaire investigation, this paper summarizes the present situation of the class cultural, points out its main problems, which are the class cohesion should be strengthened, the importance of the human relationships in university dormitories should not be ignored, the cooperation spirit of the students should be trained, the counselors should play their full roles as guiders in the construction of the class cultural, the class activities should be carried out effectively, the development of cadres should not be superficial, and any other problems under the conditions of the credit system. Thus, this paper analyses the cause of the above problems on the four parts: society, families, schools and their students. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions respectively from three respects: the class cohesion, the role of counselors, and the class atmosphere.
