In junior middle school education and teaching,the leadership behavior of the head teacher and the class social psychological environment have a certain impact on the completion of teaching tasks,students' learning and life.The words and deeds of the head teacher have a great impact on the shaping of students' personal character and three outlooks to a large extent.Whether there is a certain relationship between the class teacher's leadership behavior and the class social psychological environment,how to improve the class teacher's leadership behavior and create a good class social psychological environment is particularly important for students' all-round development.This study uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to study the relationship between the leadership behavior of junior middle school head teachers and the social psychology of their classes.Democratic type,laissez faire type and authoritative type are the three key indicators to investigate the behavior pattern of the head teacher's leadership.For the whole class,the influence of social psychological environment can be studied from five aspects: classmate relationship,teacher-student relationship,order and discipline,learning burden,competition.This study selected students from grade one,grade two and grade three of junior high school in Y City to investigate the relationship between the leadership behavior of the head teacher and the social psychological environment of the class.The results showed that:(1)The teacher-student relationship of female students is better than that of male students;Girls are more obedient to order and discipline than boys.Boys' perceived leadership behavior of laissez faire head teachers is stronger than girls.It shows that boys prefer laissez faire head teachers because of the influence of personality and personality of boys and girls;(2)The results show that the students who are class leaders feel that the Democratic leadership behavior of the class teacher is stronger than that of the students who are not,which indicates that the students who are class leaders feel that the class teacher is more democratic than the students who are not;(3)Students who are not only one-child are more disciplined and orderly than students who are only one-child.Their perceived competitiveness is stronger than students who are only one-child.Students who are only one-child have stronger perceived laissez faire leadership than students who are not only one-child;(4)The students in grade three feel more about the relationship between teachers and students,order and discipline,competition and learning burden than those in grade two and grade one,which shows that the students in grade three are more mature than those in the other two grades and know how to maintain the relationship between teachers and students,and are more able to consciously abide by discipline,The students of grade three are more burdened with learning and more competitive than those of the other two grades;(5)The students with excellent academic performance are more disciplined and competitive than other students.The students with poor academic performance perceive that the laissez faire head teacher's leadership behavior is stronger than other students,which indicates that the students with poor academic performance prefer the laissez faire head teacher;(6)There is a positive correlation between the leadership behavior of authoritative and democratic head teachers and each dimension of the class social psychological environment,but there is no correlation between the leadership behavior of laissez faire head teachers and the relationship between classmates,and there is a negative correlation between the leadership behavior of laissez faire head teachers and other dimensions,which shows that the leadership behavior of laissez faire head teachers can not promote the relationship between teachers and students,It is not conducive for students to abide by discipline,and it can not make students feel the competitiveness and learning pressure of junior high school;(7)The higher the scores of authoritative leadership and Democratic leadership,the better the relationship between teachers and students,the stronger the order,discipline and competition,and the heavier the learning burden;The higher the score of laissez faire leadership behavior,the negative impact on teacher-student relationship,order and discipline,competition,learning burden,but no impact on classmate relationship;Therefore,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,the head teacher should be aware of the importance of the leadership behavior of the head teacher for the class social and psychological health,and constantly study the relevant theoretical knowledge,so as to establish a correct and scientific view of students;To be able to create a positive and friendly class environment;Teacher should strengthen their own construction.Secondly,parents should communicate and cooperate with the school,pay close attention to the cultivation of students and the development of students.Finally,students should carry out self-management and self-education,establish correct three outlooks,and form good habits.
