80s of 20 century,western country began reflective atmosphere at first,reflective teaching flourished quickly.Our country also blows"reflective world"recent years and develops quickly".reflection is one of standards to assess excellent teacher.Reflective teaching include reflective learning,learning is the foundation of teaching .To teach is in order to learn. Learning how to teach and how to learn are inseparable. At the same time, the new curriculum reform has also provided the turning point for the reflective study.This article tries to explain concept of reflective learning.
