The competition in 21st century focuses on multiple qualities of talents. Many traditional teaching patterns and methods become less and less adaptive to the requirement of talent cultivation. The new turn of elementary education curriculum reforms takes"initiative inquiring into study"as the core goal. As one of the very important curriculums of the elementary education, the inquiry mode of Chinese teaching is undoubtedly the hot topic in the educational field. The so-called inquiry mode of Chinese teaching is to introduce inquiry into classroom, so that students can do their best to understand their texts and themselves through inquiring, proving, interchange and experiences, Chinese inquiring mode can develop of their abilities of self-construction of Chinese accomplishment. At present, the teaching of technological texts fundamentally was still the mode of taking"teaching"as the center, and the students are passive receivers whom teachers provide by exterior stimuli, so that their initiative and enthusiasm are difficult to be displayed in the study process. Therefore, the method of the inquiring studies of technological texts were studied in this paper. After reading some references on inquiring teaching and teaching methodology at home and abroad, the author elaborated the inquiring teaching and teaching theory. Being aiming at some defects which present in the teaching process of technological texts, the inquiring teaching strategy that is suited to the teaching of technological texts was constructed. The constructing teaching strategy is following: (1) an explicit goal, the creation of the situation; (2) a multimedia teaching, raising the efficiency; (3) independent inquisition, cooperative study. Our primary results suggest that inquiring teaching is an effective teaching method, and that this method can be used in all the teaching process of technological texts. The inquiring teaching for technological texts help students to improve the interest of the students and change their attitude in the process of studying, help students to find questions by themselves, help students to deal with some question; help students to research and get information by internet and help students to do anything by learning scientists. In addition, we emphasized the importance of co-operative learning and co-operative research during the teaching of《Human Genome Project》. The inquiring mode of Chinese technological texts is a very effective way to cultivate all-round students. It is a progressive and long-term exploration process. And it will be constantly with the develop of educational practice and theoretical research.
