Nowadays, with the promotion of life education, we should not only pay attention to the development of the students, but also the living conditions and development of the teachers. China is mainly a agricultural society, with many students and teachers living in the rural area. Half of the teachers in our country work in the rural area, among which 80 percent are primary school teachers, whose living environment should necessarily be our major concern. This not only helps to improve their work conditions, living conditions and the quality of education, it is also the essential for the building of new and harmonious socialistic countryside. This article, through literature review, questionnaire and interview, conducted a systemic research on the living environments and relevant factors of the primary school teachers in rural Binzhou, and put forward some suggestions for improvement. Conclusion: The primary school teachers in Binzhou have a low opinion of their social status; their salary and other benefits are not satisfactory; they have heavy workload and they are not in good health psychologically and physically; their work conditions are not good enough; their professional development is not good enough; they are not quite aware of life education. The main factors for this are concerned with society; the government, department in charge, school and teachers themselves. Thus the author put forward such suggestions as a) improve the social environment and set up a social supportive network; b) the government should improve the work conditions and salary of the rural primary school teachers. c) Departments in charge should improve their services. d) Improve the quality and ability of the leadership in the rural primary schools. e) Primary school teachers should pay attention to their self development. This article is the result of literature review, combined with the research, interview, observation and the practice of the author.
