Through the investigation and study of the professional happiness of the physical education teachers in Binzhou City,the overall situation of the professional happiness of the physical education teachers in Binzhou City was explored,and the urban-rural differences and influencing factors of the professional happiness of the primary school PE teachers in Binzhou City were compared to explore the future improvement of Binzhou Primary School.The countermeasures for the difference between urban and rural occupational well-being of physical education teachers are to provide the theoretical basis for the education authorities and schools to formulate corresponding management measures,improve the quality of local school sports development and enhance the professional well-being of primary school physical education teachers.This study used literature methods,questionnaires and other methods to collect data,and statistical analysis of relevant data through mathematical statistics.The measurement tool used in the study was the“Historical Happiness Questionnaire of Physical Education Teachers in Binzhou Urban and Rural Primary Schools",which was compiled by the researchers.The questionnaire was used to investigate 143 primary school physical education teachers in urban and rural areas of Binzhou City.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The professional happiness of the physical education teachers in Binzhou City is generally above average.(2)The professional happiness of urban primary school physical education teachers is higher than that of rural primary school physical education teachers.The occupational well-being of primary school physical education teachers of different genders,ages,teaching ages,academic qualifications,professional titles,and marital status has urban-rural differences.(3)The professional happiness of Binzhou primary school physical education teachers has urban-rural differences in self-realization,work environment,work stress,management system,development prospects,school sports culture and social status.(4)Limited professional development,poor working environment,lack of attention from leaders,and cumbersome work are the main factors affecting the lack of professional happiness of physical education teachers in Binzhou City;harmonious inteipersonal relationship,safe and stable work,common growth of teachers and students,teacher profession Love is the main factor affecting the acquisition of professional happiness of physical education teachers in Binzhou City.(5)Suggestions for upgrading physical education teachers in Binzhou City:to build sports culture,enhance social status;strengthen education input,improve venue equipment;provide training opportunities,promote professional development;reduce work pressure and improve health.
