National Rural Education Conference pinpoints rural education's top prior strategic position in educational cause , meanwhile, the rural elementary education is the main theme of rural education. Teachers in rural areas is the key to the development of the rural education. PE teachers, as part of teachers, play a leading role in physical education.Who are the organizers and instructors to promote the comprehensive development of children and to enhance the physical fitness of students. They are also the important contributors to carrying out quality oriented education. So I, under the guidance of people-oriented scientific concept of development, investigate and analyze the working and living conditions of the primary and secondary PE teachers in rural areas of Binzhou, Shandong Province through interviews and questionnaire methods. From the aspects of life and work to understand PE teachers in rural areas.This paper will find out the real needs in their life and work and analyize whether there exist certain relationships between PE teachers in rural areas and their working and living conditions, which also discusses and analyizes the existed problems in the PE teachers in the rural areas on the basis of their real-life and working conditions.It aims to find out the burning questions in the construction of PE teachers'teams in the medium developed region of Shandong Province at the present stage, which thereby contributes to the development of rural primary and secondary school physical education in Binzhou City, and also provides the reliable basis for the sustained development of the rural physical education teachers.The result of the survey: the PE teachers in rural areas in Binzhou, Shandong Province have a lot of work, but low wages, and other aspects of welfare benefits are also unsatisfactory. The scientific research capacity of the physical teachers in rural areas lagges which needs to be further strengthened. With poor working conditions, most PE teachers think that the present education work can not exert their creativity and realize their ideals and ambitions. The physical teachers in Binzhou, Shandong Province live a relatively simple life. They do not satisfy with the living conditions and their children's education situation. With the general physical health, they have a poor assessment of the local medical and health community; they also have the hea vy life burden, little leisure time, a serious shortage of amateur content and the manner of life, a lack of cultural atmosphere.After the analysis of the relationship between the work and life of the PE teachers in Binzhou rural areas, the paper finds that the work and life of PE teachers in rural areas in Binzhou are closely related. The two complement each other and influence each other, one of which with problems will have a direct impact on the other. The stable and happy life can promote the enthusiasm and creativity of PE teachers in their work, and as return the smooth and successful work of PE teachers will react life, promoting a harmonious and happy family. Only the formation of such virtuous cycle can PE teachers'work and life be sustained development.
