The new turn elementary education curriculum reforms require new stipulation and request on curriculum goal and teaching duty.There's a great change on the curriculum standard,content,implement,appraise and the manage.These transformations has also initiated a deeper challenge to the traditional teaching research pattern.How does our country unique teaching research system satisfy the need of the teacher's education under the curriculum reform,also becomes a new tendency of the research reform.Along with new curriculum comprehensive advancement,the school-based teaching research becomes an indispensable research way,under the new curriculum in the implementation process.The school-based teaching research is a kind of new teaching research system.It takes the teacher's specialization development as the trend,the teacher's teaching practice process as the carrier,the teacher's full scale development as the final goal.It's to improve the level of education and teaching of the schools,enhance the quality of education and teaching of the schools.It embarks from the school reality,It's an education teaching research which depends on the resources superiority and the characteristic of the school.It emphasizes——based on the school,in the school,for the school.The school-based teaching research as a kind of innovation teaching research pattern gradually is accepted by quite many schools and the teachers.The different area and the school all positively are exploring a teaching research pattern which suits the local,the school actually.The school-based teaching research must certainly take the questions as a starting point,take practicing activity as the carrier,take the teacher's community participation as the foundation,take reconsidering exchanges as the way and take the experts as the safeguard,it can develop effectively.But,we also should see,as a kind of innovation teaching research pattern,its development also is at the start stage.It also faces many difficult positions, specially in the education process which takes a test as the lifeline.Because teacher's all teaching link revolves to this center to launch——entering a higher school.It also causes the teachers to be very difficult to have the time and the experience to develop the genuine school-based teaching research.It causes the rich theory and the practice coming apart seriously.This article takes the school-based teaching research developing process as a break through point.By anglicizing its origin,concept,as well as its role to get the answer of how it comes into the teacher's education,and what else to be solved.And to give the corresponding countermeasures to solve the questions,aiming at the related questions which discovered in the research process.The main research technique of this topic is: Literature,motion research,questionnaire and interview.
