| This study takes the primary school of Yan'an City as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview synthetically.It aims to investigate the current situation of the development,design and implementation of the school-based curriculum of Yan'an City,and put forward effective improvement strategies and suggestions for the problems in the development process,so as to further develop and implement the school-based curriculum of Yan'an City Provide reference and reference.In this paper,20 primary schools in 10 counties and districts of Yan'an City are selected by stratified random sampling method,and questionnaires and interview outlines are independently compiled.Through the collection of questionnaires,sorting out of results and in-depth analysis of data in each link,there are some problems in the development process of school-based curriculum in Yan'an primary school,which are mainly manifested in the lack of professional guidance for school-based curriculum development Leading force;the lack of curriculum leadership and development ability of teachers;the low utilization rate of school-based curriculum resources;the lack of evaluation of students' personality development needs;the quality of school-based characteristic curriculum development is not up to standard;the school-based curriculum management system is not perfectIn view of the above problems,this paper tentatively puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the continuous promotion of school-based curriculum development in Yan'an primary school: paying attention to the theoretical research of curriculum,actively participating in the development and exchange of school-based curriculum;improving the subject consciousness of teachers' curriculum development and research,promoting the professionalization of teachers;excavating school-based curriculum resources,making full use of the curriculum resources of Yan'an red culture and loess culture Source;establish personalized school-based curriculum based on students' growth;establish scientific and effective school-based curriculum evaluation mechanism;improve and standardize school-based curriculum management system.It is expected that this paper can provide theoretical and practical reference for the development of school-based curriculum in Yan'an primary school,and further promote the development of school-based curriculum in Yan'an primary school. |
