From 1904 to today' s Independent Division, Chinese subjects have passed through 100 years of history, looking back on 100 years of history, Chinese curriculum standards (Syllabus) and the common Chinese subjects have gone through a well-developed from scratch to the tortuous course. In 1999, China ushered in a new basic education curriculum reform, Chinese is the core curriculum of basic education and its success or failure of reform has been widespread concern in the community, the Ministry of Education in July 2001 promulgated the Full-time language courses compulsory education standards (rial version) (also said the new curriculum standards) attracted a strong sensationl, it was been general concerned by many theory researchers of Chinese education and Chinese teachers . So they began to research it and discuss it, of course, also have a certain period of the previous Chinese curriculum standards (Syllabus) research, it can be said, the majority of teachers and educators to greet the new century Chinese education reform again brilliant from the theory and practice level on the arduous journey of science and explore.
