The domestic and foreign investigation demonstrates that the leisure education may adjust the student to live, and thought that the leisure education is an important task of schools. Schools has the responsibility regarding this. Therefore, carrying on the leisure education in the elementary and middle schools has the intense urgency. In the modern society, the leisure education already became an explicit curriculum goal . It's not only has the important education significance, but also has the very big social value that causing the students to have the correct leisure ideas, grasps the essential leisure knowledge and the skill, enjoys the modern society fully the leisure life. Regardless of from education theory significance, from educates practices in the practical significance to say, paying attention to and takes elementary and middle school students' leisure living condition, guides and helps the students excessively good leisure life, causes them to foster the science, the health leisure life manner, the leisure life values, the leisure life skills, improves their leisure quality of life, has the significance extremely.This article passes to Kaifeng County street elementary school, Jin Ming elementary school, Henan normal university attached middle school, Jin Ming middle school four schools eight classes 480 in school elementary and middle school students' questionnaire survey and interview, discovered the current elementary and middle school students leisure life has following problems: 1st, leisure time of elementary and middle school students has deprived, the students are idles but has no time; 2nd, elementary and middle school students leisure life is monotonous; third, the elementary and middle school students have the leisure autism generally ; fourth., the elementary and middle school students leisure skill lacks ; fifth,the school the guardian, social tripartite role lack of clear understanding and so on..Nextly, this article has carried on the origin analysis to the elementary and middle school students leisure life existence question, finally draws following conclusion: 1st, elementary and middle school students studies burden overweight; 2ed,entire society to life significance judgment too materializing ;social transition period each kind of objective factor ;public utility and public place serious insufficient ;Leisure education is flaw .Finally, this article proposed in view of the existence question develops the elementary and middle school students leisure education countermeasure: lst,the value family leisure education, strengthens guardian's leisure education consciousness ; 2ed,displays the school the instruction function ; third,the optimization social environment, educates the resources using the community to improve the student leisure quality of life; fourth,self-education.
