In the compulsory education system, the moral education curriculum in school is one part of the political nature strongest, the national characteristic brightest, affecting social culture psychology biggest in the education curriculum, which is the key of education and the windvane of the compulsory education system ideology, also is the displaying of the social mainstream culture psychology. This system strongly influenced the entire social morals standard. The construction pattern of moral education curriculum and the choice of concerete content established to that basis and characteristic both of the student individual latent moral values. The moral education course scientificalness and artistic quality have decided the quality of school moral education. The moral education is the manifesting of the national culture psychology.This research locates to Chinese present moral education curriculum content system,which means the direct moral education course content and course advancement during the time of elementary school to college. The research indicated that wholely Chinese current moral education curriculum content system manifests multiplex and the health development tendency: It had the obvious improvement and the development in the content structure and the content choice; From individual to the society to the country,form the moral to politics to the philosophy,this arrangement logic and teaching material content confroms to the need of the student individual socialization and the socialism citizen's raise request; The distinct politics main current value ideological form direction has swear to guide the thought. On the curriculum population structure,the moral education still is the mainest plate, the life standard education and moral education both the part of large increase in this curriculum system which guaranteed the basic goal of to train qualified citizens. The current moral education teaching material has be great progess than the before seriously exudes politics moral education.The research thinks that there exists as follows problem in general content system mainly: On the concrete content arrangement, the moral education curriculum emphasized the tool and the inductio too much n,and need to improve the train of ability of creative and critical though;The curriculum lacks the thorough discussion of the human morals, political, society's ultimate value, which possibly causes to reduce level of moral philosophy and political philosophy,and directly causes that the members of society tend to toolly understand the value of politics and moral; The outstanding traditional culture are less in the curriculum which lacks the deep cultural base which lead to the artistic quality is low; The curriculum has the urban center principle in the arrangement; The curriculum lacks that the upper one moral education theory instuction to guid all moral education,the course scientificalness remains to be imporoved.
