Research On Curriculum Offering And Implimentation Of Yangmei Group Staff And Workers' College

Staff and workers' college is a unique way of education for Chinese state owned enterprises, especially for large-sized state owned enterprises. However, as the deepening of market economic system reform especially the increasing demand for talents, curriculum offering and implementation which was established under former planed economic system can not meet the needs of presenting teaching that holds back teaching and studying of staff and workers' college and forwardly holding back the important effects of cultivating talents. There are many problems in curriculum offering and implementation of staff and workers' college, such as the disproportion of different courses—some course takes a high proportion, the unvaried course sequence which holds back teaching and the improper structure of teachers arrangement. This paper is divided into 5 parts to analyze this situation and gives solution.The preface is the first part. In this part, the reason and the purpose of this paper are given and conceptions such as staff and workers' college, curriculum offering, curriculum implementation and course are explained. Then, there is the trend of this kind of research. At the end of this part, this paper will present the thoughts and method of this study.The actuality of Yangmei Group staff and workers' college is the second part. In this part, Yangme Group staff and workers' college is introduced in a historical point, aiming to provide a comprehensive review of this college.The actuality of curriculum offering and implementation of Yangmei Group staff and workers' college is the third part. The general situation of this staff and workers' college is analyzed mainly from several aspects: the model and the purpose of curriculum offering, teaching hours and proportion, situation of teachers, and curriculum implementation.The problems existed in curriculum offering and implementation of Yangmei Group staff and workers' college is the forth part.
