| County Teachers' Training School is a key link as a teachers' educational system of our country. It's an important part of our teachers' education, and plays a significant role in teacher's training and cultivating. It's the major front of elementary and secondary school teachers' post-work education.As the development of our. education system, especially in the reform of elementary education, the basic function of County Teachers' Training School has been transformed from the early elementary and secondary school teachers' (mostly the country elementary teachers) compensated education into their further study. In the process of changing in function of the County Teachers' Training School, we face two major problems: the first is that the local government and the authorities concerned do not give enough attention to the further education of the elementary and secondary school teachers, and they do not notice the importance of the function of this kind school, thus there exists the problem that "indifference in reality". The second problem is that the County Teachers' Training School is lack of construction, reform and innovation. No matter in training duty, guiding ideology, training system, training content, teaching qualified, evaluating method, hardware facilities and training funds, etc. the County Teachers' Training School cannot properly match to the need of elementary and secondary school teachers' further education.For giving full scope to the elementary and secondary school teachers' further education, and guaranteeing the enhancement of the teachers' quality, we should strengthen the construction of the County Teachers' Training School unceasingly, and fully exert its function as "oriented towards grade school, studying on grade school, and serving grade school". Therefore, we must rightly treat the problems that the County Teachers' Training School faces in the functional transformed process, improve and innovate in practice, adopt a more positive, initiative measure and policy, transform the function into further education effectively. To achieve that firstly we should strive for more support from government and educational departments. It's the essential prerequisite to do well in our further education. Secondly, we must transit our conception, strengthen the serve conscious, and apply to reality closely. Thirdly, relying on the modern educational technique, we'd better reform the training pattern, renew the training content, and enhance the training quality. Fourthly, we should strengthen the construction of the quality of staff and train the teachers in comprehensively. The fifth is integrating the educational resources efficiently and improve the school condition. Last but not least, to estimate the function of County Teachers' Training School, we must alter the unitary evaluating method into a more scientific and diversified evaluating method. |
