Teachers have to change their education concept and thinking way due to the character and inbeing of the continuous transformation of education, also the traditional teachers'training is being challenged. So in the historical condition of the overall training for the teachers in China, it is with great academic and practical meaning of to strengthen the training for the teachers in depressed areas.In the research, the methods of literature search, questionnaire, talking and comparative analyses are mainly used to research into the related questions of the teachers training in Xiuyan area. In the process of the research, we first study the related theories on teachers training, and we have questionnaire and analyses for the actuality and main factors that affect the teachers training. Through our research, we found some problems in the teachers training in Xiuyan area, such as:the teachers don't have enough and correct purpose and aim, the budget collection for the teachers training, the deficiency of the teachers training, the training theory and teaching practice can't match, the training resource can't match the teacher requirement, the slow development of the long-distance training. The analyses of the teachers training: not enough budget, the teachers get trained with the narrow benthamism, the deficiency of the teachers training, the training theory and teaching practice can't match each other, the long-distance education is hard to develop, the local training institution's problems on development.Therefore, based on the research and analyses, we offer the following suggestions: establish the new concept of the teachers training– the life-long education, more support from government on budget and enhance the supervision, explore the training model to promote the teachers profession development, reform on the training contents to suit the professional needs of the teachers, and focus on the construction of the training base to promote the continuable development of the teachers training.
