Primary and secondary school teachers training is an important way to strengthen the construction of teaching staff ability, which is to enhance teachers' comprehensive quality, the key to building a strong primary and secondary school teachers, It is directly related to the improvement of teaching ability and the system development and reserve of talent pool. Over the years, our country has attached great importance to primary and secondary school teacher training, from the initial focus on teaching and pass the exam to focus on academic standard training work, etc., which has been in the organization and implementation of primary and secondary school teachers training in a planned way.As an important part of building high-quality teachers of primary and secondary schools, teachers training is a major measure for improving the capacity of primary and secondary school teachers as a whole, which provide a powerful guarantee to improve primary and secondary school teachers construction. Urumqi county departments vigorously promotes the elementary and middle schools teacher training does not relax, focus on building a high quality, reasonable structure, primary and secondary school teachers, to improve basic education level of primary and secondary schools. especially,under the new situation, how to innovate training mode, improve the quality of teacher training is the education administrative department and the relevant researchers try to explore the research topic.Through research, Urumqi county primary and secondary school teachers training has made great achievements, but with the deepening of new curriculum reform, there are still many problems, such as primary and secondary school teachers training insufficient, lack of corresponding evaluation mechanism, lack of effective channels of training and single training form, not enough scientific evaluation method, the teachers low enthusiasm in primary and secondary school teachers training, which directly restricts the further development of primary and secondary school teachers training, it need to be addressed.
