Teacher's ethics of colleges means the moral norms and principles college teachers shouldfollow in professional activities, which is also the necessary and core quality for teachers. Differentrelationships in the teaching process can be well dealt through its function of adjustment, which willensure the smooth progress of education and teaching; Teachers will be more loyal to educationenterprise of our country and people through its function of inspiration, and the development ofscience and technology will be promoted; Teachers will well educate and positively influencestudents with their good ethics through the function of education, and try to be good models forstudents.
