Postgraduate tutors are the first responsible person for postgraduate education training and the backbone of promoting the cultivation of high-level innovative talents and the high-quality development of education.The morality and style of teachers is the first criterion for evaluating the quality of teachers.It is the key to ensure that graduate tutors implement the fundamental task of combining morals and talents.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the country have attached great importance to the construction of teacher ethics and style.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward important expositions such as Three firmly established,excellent teacher with four qualifications,Four Guides and Four Unification,which gave new era connotations to the construction of teacher ethics.This provides a fundamental basis for the construction of the ethics of graduate tutors.On the whole,most graduate tutors can be loyal to the party's education and fulfill the lofty mission of educating people for the party and the country.However,there are also problems such as the failure of teacher ethics of individual graduate tutors and violations of teacher ethics.At present,my country's graduate education is developing rapidly,and the team of graduate tutors continues to grow.How to effectively deal with the new opportunities and challenges in the new era in the construction of teacher ethics and effectively improve the level of teacher ethics construction is a major strategic issue that urgently needs to be resolved.This article uses theoretical deduction,case analysis,system analysis and other methods to study the moral construction of graduate tutors in the new era.The first is to analyze the internal regulations of the ethics of postgraduate tutors,the content category and generation mechanism of the construction of ethics,and lay a theoretical foundation;the second is to combine typical cases and realistic patterns to explore the practical problems and prominent contradictions in the construction of ethics of graduate tutors.Clarify the essence of the problem and lay the foundation for practice;third,based on the new era,explore the path of teacher ethics construction for graduate tutors,propose strategies for improving teacher ethics construction,and give countermeasures and suggestions.This study believes that the ethics of postgraduate tutors should include but not limited to their professional ethics,and should include the integration of morality,public ethics,and personal ethics.The construction of the ethics of mentors should be combined with the new opportunities and challenges of the new era,and the uniqueness of the construction of mentors' ethics should be effectively established,and relevant systems and mechanisms should be established scientifically to promote the continuous improvement of the level of mentors' ethics.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the theoretical basis of the construction of the ethics of postgraduate tutors.Through the moral thoughts and theories in Marxist theories,a theoretical foundation is laid for the moral construction of graduate tutors in the new era.Through the concept of teacher ethics,the role of teacher ethics and the requirements of teacher ethics in the excellent Chinese excellent traditional culture,as well as the relevant theories on ethics and generation in related disciplines,it brings important enlightenment to the construction of teacher ethics of graduate tutors.This chapter mainly clarifies the related concepts of the construction of teacher ethics of graduate tutors in the new era,and provides a theoretical basis for the generation of teacher ethics of graduate tutors.The second chapter is the internal regulations of the moral construction of postgraduate tutors in the new era.Analyze the unique connotation of the ethics construction of graduate tutors in the new era,especially the particularity of the construction of ethics of graduate tutors that is different from other teacher groups and other times.From General Secretary Xi Jinping's relevant important expositions on teacher ethics,the requirements of the times for the construction of teacher ethics for tutors are summarized.From the institutional norms of the party,the country and domestic universities,the main content and key points of the construction of the ethics of graduate tutors in the new era are sorted out.Especially today,when the party and the country attach great importance to the construction of teacher ethics,postgraduate education and the construction of postgraduate tutors,we will analyze the new opportunities and challenges faced by tutors in the process of constructing the ethics of tutors.The first and second chapters mainly focus on the research of "what is" the morality of graduate tutors in the new era.The third chapter is the generation mechanism of postgraduate tutors' morality.While exploring the generation mechanism of postgraduate tutors' ethics,this article tries to construct a system for the generation of postgraduate tutors' ethics.Through the study of moral cognition,moral reflection,moral behavior and the process of putting it into educational practice,it analyzes the influence of external factors such as the internal elements of the generation of mentors and social values,political system norms,occupation,family,and school-to-object.It is pointed out that the generation of teacher ethics of graduate tutors is generated by stimulating endogenous motivation,integrating external forces,and synergistically.It is necessary to promote the ethics of tutors through the recognition of practice through theoretical learning mechanism,emotional strengthening mechanism,practice strengthening mechanism and normative restraint mechanism.Practice to understanding,and then to the effective generation of practice.The third chapter mainly focuses on the question of "how to come" of the ethics of tutors.The fourth chapter is the analysis of typical cases of postgraduate tutors' moral construction.The research selects contemporary role models and outstanding postgraduate tutor cases among the tutor groups commended by the party and the state,as well as cases of teacher ethics anomie exposed by the Ministry of Education that have aroused social concern and have a greater impact for analysis and research.The successful paradigm of positive typical cases is summarized by presenting the facts of vivid and vivid cases,and the teacher's moral characteristics of the instructors in typical cases are extracted.Through basic laws and descriptive,explanatory,and causal analysis,the positive typical cases are sorted out.Valuable experience and value.Through the study of negative cases of teacher ethics violations,a theoretical analysis of cases of teacher ethics violations is carried out,and the causes of teacher ethics violations in negative cases and warning lessons are discovered.Give full play to the warning and educational significance of role models and negative cases to provide ideological,practical and exemplary support for the construction of future graduate tutors and teachers,and to provide references for corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The fifth chapter is the practical problems of the moral construction of postgraduate tutors in the new era.Through typical case analysis,national standard requirements in the new stage,the standard requirements and guidance opinions of colleges and universities on the construction of postgraduate tutor ethics,the realistic problems existing in the current construction of postgraduate tutor ethics are explored.To find out the outstanding problems existing in the construction of postgraduate tutor's ethics,such as the boundary generalization,the pursuit of tutor's "sage" and taking high position advocacy as the bottom line requirements;It points out the existing problems,such as the deviation of the direction of emphasizing external constraint and ignoring main body growth,emphasizing motivation and strengthening and ignoring method guidance,and emphasizing standard requirement and ignoring care and support.In the system implementation level copy copy,lack of pertinence,superficial,incomplete implementation,ambiguity,inconsistent standards and other problems,lock the current stage of the prominent contradictions and bottlenecks,showing a strong "problem awareness"..The sixth chapter is the construction path of postgraduate tutor ethics in the new era.Through the analysis of typical cases and practical problems,scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are given.It is put forward that the construction of postgraduate tutor ethics should strengthen the basic theory innovation,system and mechanism innovation and practice innovation of the construction of postgraduate tutor ethics in the new era by deepening the theoretical research,perfecting the implementation mechanism and accumulating good ecology.In the new era,measures should be taken to scientifically construct the ability development system of graduate tutors,the responsibility system and the actual effect system for the construction of teachers' ethics,to create a good atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,and to do a good job in the construction and development of tutors' ethics.In order to provide a feasible reference for the construction of postgraduate tutor ethics in the light of the new situation,new changes,new challenges and new requirements of the new era,it is necessary to make efforts in the construction of postgraduate tutor ethics in the whole process and all-round way.
