To Strengthen The Construction Of College Students’ Internet Ethics Research In The New Period

Since1980’s，with the deep and lengthwise development of the Internetapplication around the world，the Internet has deeply involved into all aspects ofsocial life and has greatly changed people’s mode of production，way of livingand style of thinking."34China Internet Development Report "，from the ChinaInternet Network Information Center (CNNIC)，suggests that the size of Chinesenetizen was632million by the end of June，2014， penetration of the Internethad reached a record46.9percent. The proportion of netizen，students who havebecome main force，accounted for25.1percent. For college students, on the onehand，the network broadens the horizons of the students and increases their kno-wledge；on the other hand，it is also an efficient method of learning and living.However，with popularization and application of network in college students forthe past years，a series of ethic and moral problems are turning up. Such as webaddiction；spreading false information with network；network hacker crime;invasionof personal privacy, etc. These behaviors have seriously impacted the daily lifeof university students and normal social order.Contemporary Chinese society is undergoing a key period of social transfor-mation，apart from harmonious society, coordinated development of network fictitious society should also be necessary. As builders and successors of socialism withChinese characteristics，the college students have been an important force in es-tablishing concordant network society, their moral and ethical conditions relate di-rectly to the fate of our nation and the socialist modernization. Therefore，facingthe college students’ network ethics problems are getting worse,it is important andnecessary to strengthen the construction of college students’ Internet ethics.Through the questionnaire survey, this paper gained first-hand information，then it summarized the status on college students’ network ethics from the perspective of Marxist ethics; Secondly, in this paper, it applied such manners as literature research，cross-disciplinary research and other research methods to analyzethe current situation and causes for network problems from both internal and ex-ternal aspects. Finally，combined with the national situation,accordingly the article proposed some revision and practical suggestions and treatments such as strengthening the code of ethics and legal framework，optimizing the network moral environments, strengthening the network-ethics education, giving full play to the co-llege students as moral subject，etc. Theoretically，it will contribute to explorethe network construction laws further and deepen the study on construction ofcollege students’ Internet ethics. As regards to practice，it helps to recognize thenew situations and problems existing in college students’ Internet ethics clearly.Using it as a base may help to expand the paths of the network morality con-struction，prevent the college students form cyber misconducts, promote the co-llege students overall healthy development，which ultimately propels the construction of socialist harmonious society.
