With the development of Chinese economics more and more rapid, Human capital theory has rooted in people's heart. People are paying more attention to education and spending more time on education. Thus, the development of education is people's focus. However, Education development not only includes educational system deepening, but also includes increase of quantity and elevation of quality. So, under the condition of changing educational system, what factors are affecting the level and quality of education, and how to improve that?According to the study of China and foreign country, we find that besides educational system, family background is also an important factor. Because family is a unit of the society, and people's life depends on family background. So, one person's chance to accept education is relativity to family socio-economical status. This article is base on this thought, Through the investigation of eight provinces on educational information, we gain three generations'basic data. First of all, we use reproduction coefficient to describe the influence, then, choose father's education, father's income, father's occupation, area, children's education, children's sex and children's age to make multi-variables linear regression by spss statistical software. Ultimately, we can find the influence result of family socio-economical status and children's education. Meanwhile, we use children's senior high school as another variable on children's educational quality use Ordinal Logit to make regression.Part1, preface introduce the background of study and raise questions, also include China and foreign country's literature and the way to study.Part2, choose father's education , children's education and father's income, and use reproduction coefficient to describe the result.Part3, construct a simple linear model and use spss to discuss the influence on family socio-economical status and children's educational level, and explain, analyze the result. Part4, construct another Ordinal Logit model to discuss the influence on family socio-economical status and children's educational quality.Part5, conclude the article and raise several advices...
