Research On Mechanism Of Cooperation Among Universities' In Shandong Province

This project is launched from the current situation of universities' cooperation in Shandong, take this as the thread, analyzing the motive of universities' cooperation, and probing out the participation-mechanism, trust-mechanism, incentive mechanism, support m echanism , focus on entering the depth of the theory and modeling. Above all, analyze the current situation, existing problems , difficult points and origin cause of formation of universities' in Shandong.First of all, explain the universities' cooperation with the view of "Field Effect". "Gravitation Field " of the universities refers to the ranges of influence of university, the influence power has preface nature, an attitude gradient exists between the influence force fields of every university, which influences enthusiasm , depth , progress of the cooperative activity of the university. On the basis of consulting and analyzing relevant universities' superior resources index systems, we have proposed the evaluation-index-system of universities' resources.Analyze the participates of the mechanism in university's cooperation with the view of the game theory, and point out the influence of the universities choosing strategy to the process of gambling. Certainly the motive of universities' cooperation is to realize max benefits, so it needs to adjust own tactics constantly in different cases ,which reflects universities' cooperative participation mechanism.Propose the model that the incentive mechanism among universities' cooperation . For promoting cooperation and encouraging some participants further, we take the act of promoting on some of the participants. Through the incentive-compatibility to analyze which is under negative incentive condition. Then we give subsidy to the negative one.Finally, in actual operation, the guarantee should be carried out reasonably to balance the guarantee strength.
