| Industry-university-research cooperation is the combination of both industries (including large, medium and small enterprise) and academics (universities and research constitutions) in order to maximize economic interests and social interests by joining each other’s advantages. University is the place where many talents work together and many high-tech products emerge. The professor is the operating role on campus, and also is the origin of innovation and impetus. Currently, professors are confronted with dilemmas of whether to be a part of industry-university-research combination and how to join it and more and more problems have been exposed in the cooperation, which may frustrate enthusiasm of participation of professors and affect transformation of scientific achievements. Hence, it is essential to conduct research on the incentive and guarantee mechanism of college professors and lift teacher’ enthusiasm to participate in industry-university-research cooperation.This paper takes BJF University as an example to survey the situation of the industry-university-research cooperation.187 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS22.0 to research on teachers’ motivation and influence factors.It shows that teacher’s age has significantly positive effect on the frequency of academic commercialization technical services and flow of talents, the number of patents significantly influences the frequency of academic commercialization, the number of SCI has significantly negative impact on the frequency of technical services and personal exchange and academic exchange, the motivation of Interests significantly influences the frequency of academic commercialization. Based on above conclusion, this paper employs incentive theory to analyze the motivation of industry-university-research cooperation, and propose incentive measures and guarantee mechanism. |
