Research On Construction Of Cohesive Force Of Higher Education Institutions

Cohesive force of higher education institutions is the comprehensive power with teaching staff, attracted by the development goal of the university, voluntarily sharing the risk of the university and achieving the fixed goal. Essentially, it is the combination of sense of responsibility, mission and belonging of teaching staff to the university. Firstly, this cohesive force is represented in the complexion of decisions carried out without fail, strict enforcement of order and bans, and university prosperity, and also in the spiritual outlook of conscientiousness and diligence of all the teaching staff. Secondly, this cohesive force is shown in the common view of value and teamwork spirit. Thirdly, this cohesive force is embodied in the sense of identity of teaching staff to the development of the university. Fourthly, this cohesive force is manifested in the sense of destiny with teaching staff and high education institutions closed bound up, and sense of belonging with them sharing happiness and woe.It is not only important for the healthy, harmonious and sustained development for the university, but also has practical guiding significance for cohesive force construction in various fields and even national cohesive force construction promotion to recognize the significance and characteristic of cohesive force construction in higher education institutions and take corresponding countermeasures.
