Ideological and political theory courses is the main channel for university students' political theory and ideological moral education,which also is the vital way for university students to establish correct outlooks on the word,life and values.In recent years, college ideological and political course have go through a series of reforms on teaching system, the scheme design, teaching content and so on, in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.But teacher is the subject of education implementation, political education courses teachers'professional experience seriously impact on the education and teaching quality, and not only stunts the ideological and political education effectiveness of students, but also affects the teacher's individual physical and mental health development.In order to investigate the situation of polities teachers' job burnout, and the characteristics of general demographic variables, then through the survey of polities teachers working state,explore the effect factors of job burnout,this paper have collected 126 teachers from the whole nation as research objects and measured them by teachers' occupational tiredness scale and teachers working conditions questionnaire,the results show that:1. In summary, though the situation of politics teachers'occupation burnout is not very serious,about 13.5% teachers have obvious occupation burnout symptom;There are 26.2%,21.4%,14.3% teachers have evident symptom on the questionnaire of emotional exhaustion, dehumanization, low self-efficiency. The symptom of politics teachers' occupation burnout increase by degrees as this:emotional exhaustion—dehumanization—low self-efficiency.2. There is partial significant different on demographic variables of politics teachers'occupation burnout.School types,part-time or full-time job,age,a title of a technical post,and the proportion of the income holds in the whole family's income these factors have effect on occupation burnout and its three dimensionality. There is no evident significant differences among different teachers on the school's position,gender, school age,education background and income level.3. The working attitude of politics teachers have an effect on their occupation burnout.Politics teachers' total class hour per year, the relationship with university students, teaching ability, scientific research status, degree of working satisfaction,all these influence the occupation burnout. These teachers, whose total class hour per year between 200 and 400 hours, have much serious occupation burnout; However, comparing with those serious occupation burnout teachers, these teachers, who have more communicate with students, good ability, more interest on scientific research and higher working satisfaction, have lower occupation burnout.4. Regression analysis shows, among the demographic variables, school types and teacher operating post can forecast teachers' occupation burnout;among the working situation variables, teachers attitude to the teaching of ideological and political theory, the interest of scientific research, the degree of working satisfaction, the valued degree of university about the scientific research and teaching have forecast effect on teachers' occupation burnout.
