Since 1999, the number of enrollment of universities has expanded substantially and the number of undergraduates is up to 4.13million in 2006. Based on the situation, it could be argued that the problem of graduates seeking-for-jobs is much more pronounced and has attracted more attention of the public. The article aims at analyzing both current situation and difficulties undergraduates are confronting with, and also attempts to deepen theoretical understanding to the countermeasure by which the paper is supposed to pursue a rational and effective distribution among those talented undergraduates.The paper touches not only on the whole changes of undergraduates both in quantity and general situation, but on the problems and causes related in getting jobs. The author believes that on the process of searching for jobs they have gradually upgraded from going blindly up to stepping their foot on a rational stage after a long- term adaptation to the expanding policy, accompanied with a more appropriate employment value judgment and employment coaching. Among all those contradictions, gross, structure and allocation efficiency are the most conspicuous. Of course, there are many factors, including students themselves, their subordinate schools and society. They manifest specifically in their lag-behind employment value judgment, ideal-oriented impediment to seeking jobs, different levels of personal proficiency. Furthermore, the courses, teaching methods and employment guidance under the situation of an abrupt raise in quantity also attributes to it. The paper also analyzes unsuitable evaluation system for undergraduates, far-improving labor-force market and legal system, substandard social credit, and the less developed economy situation.On the basis of above all-around analyses, the author has put forward a series measures. First, developing comprehensive qualities, perfecting characteristics and fairing healthy minds are focused on the paper exactly. Secondly, the article suggests that we should make market-oriented adjustments in the courses and undergraduates'employment guidance and improve all-around educators'abilities. Finally, the author stresses that we ought to concrete on building up a well-adjusted industrial structure and a well-timed surroundings. Undoubtedly, establishing a labor-force market and a well-performed policy and legal system are sure to be considered as well.
