Study On Employment Of Agricultural Undergraduates Of Minority Nationality

Employment is the livelihood of the people,is related to the long-term stability of the country's big problem.For Xinjiang,which is located in the northwest of China,the employment of minority graduates is not only a social problem,but also a major issue affecting the harmonious and stable development of the whole society.Because of Xinjiang's economic development is relatively backward,North and South Xinjiang unbalanced economic development among the different industries of minority talent demand gap,the structural contradiction between supply of higher education and social development needs of the prominent,has become an important bottleneck affecting employment of minority graduates".Under the goal of promoting the social stability and long-term stability of Xinjiang,the research on the employment of Minority Graduates in Xinjiang is particularly important.Agriculture is an important industry to promote economic development in Xinjiang,with the rapid development of agricultural modernization in Xinjiang,to the modern agricultural science and technology work has brought a good opportunity,but also faces many challenges.The main force of regional agricultural development is the local college graduates.Therefore,this paper takes Xinjiang Agricultural University agronomy has minority graduates and students as the research object,using literature analysis method combing with the national college students employment problem in recent years,Xinjiang minority college students employment situation and literature data,starting from the reason why Xinjiang minority college students employment difficulties,of Xinjiang Agricultural University has graduated from national minority agriculture graduates and agronomy students to do the questionnaire by using the method of investigation and interview method,statistical analysis of survey data based on agronomy School of 388 minority students and 541 agricultural science graduate students of the agronomy undergraduate students have employment status and career orientation and career orientation were analyzed in order to explore the existence of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang,graduates' employment problems in The reason and the formation of this employment problem,finally from the government,individual students,schools and public opinion and other aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide some help to solve the employment problem of ethnic minority students.
