As the basis of the livelihood, employment has been the main factor of social development and steady politics since ancient times. Due to unreasonable economic structure, there are contradictions between rich human recourse and scarce jobs, although China has a large population. So today China has harsh employment and it's not easy to develop employment. China is currently in the primary stage of socialism, so our government, society and colleges highly focus on employment. As we all know, china is a state guided by Marxism. Therefore Marx's Employment Theory also should be used to guide employment when we improve today's hard employment situation. Although Marx's Employment Theory hasn't had its own system and just was included in Marxist political economics, it has attracted wide attention. These theories are the theories of Commodity of Labor-power, Market Resources Allocation, Relative Surplus Population, and Socialistic Prevalent Employment. In order bring the great ideal of communism into reality, with the guide of Marxism, our country has implored the naturalized Marxism employment theories, such as employment theories of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, and Hu Jintao. These theories are suitable to the situation of China to carry out employment and reduce the large unemployment.The research consists of four parts. The first part, the introduction summarizes the background and purpose of the study. The research is based on Marxist Employment Theory and the current situation of serious employment, and its aim is to reduce the critical situation in terms of government, schools and labors. The first chapter reads the main contents of Marx's Employment Theory, especially of the advice on how the young to choose a job, the theory of Relative Surplus Population, and the theory of Socialistic Prevalent Employment. Meanwhile, it gives a brief introduction of naturalized Marx's Employment Theories- employment theories of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, and Hu Jintao, which have been developed during the practice based on the combination of Marx's Employment Theory and China's special conditions of the times. The second chapter gives a brief introduction of the current situation in terms of Marx's Employment Theory and naturalized Marx's Employment Theory. With the guide of Marx's Employment Theory, chapter three gives solutions to relieve severe unemployment in terms of government, colleges and graduates.The theoretical values lie in enriching the Employment Theory and offering solutions to solve the employment problem, based on the Marx's Employment Theory and the current employment situation. The practical meanings lie in imploring the training contents of intermediary to serves for employment by focusing on the colleges and training agents. The paper adopts the literature search to analyze Marxist Employment Theory and theories of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, and Hu Jintao.
