Study On The Undergraduates' Employment And The Factors Affecting It

This paper analyses the factors affecting the college students'employment option based on the students majoring in economics and management of one university in Shanghai, gives the conclusion that the employment option of college students has potential rules. Students'employment option has strong correlation with academic achievement, has relationship with the economic situation, and is different with the gender,the students'family background and their personality. Also, it works out mathematic models which can forcast the employment rate.Furthermore, this paper investigates the deep reasons of such correlation and difference, which can provide suggestions for the reform of employment guidance and personnel training of the universities.
