With the expansion of higher education enrollment and deep employment system reform, contemporary undergraduates are faced with severe employment situation, which has aroused concerns of scholars and experts, the society and the whole nation. The fact that whether undergraduates can have smooth employment depends closely on the economic construction of our nation and the development of harmonious society. There are many factors that can influence undergraduates'employment, such as national economic system, social environment, graduates'situations, and job market. Based on relevant theories of employment and the survey data of Heilongjiang University 2010 graduates, this text attempts to demonstrate the influences of undergraduates'individual factors on employment from individual prospective of undergraduates according to subjective factors, such as undergraduates'personal value of employment, expectations of employment, employability and objective factors, such as national economic structure, social employment background and job markets'environment. The aim of this text is to put forward some countermeasure for improving undergraduates'employment situation.
