In the present society, medical education is faced with great reformation; its training model will gradually change from paying attention to the educational process to valuing the result of education, the capacities that the medical students gain when they graduate from medical school. Then their attitudes toward those competencies were surveyed by questionnaires. The results of statistical analysis showed that different sample's diversity of the attitude and the competencies of medical graduates can be divided into six groups. Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP was used to calculate the weighing of each competency groups and the idiographic competence, and the Medical Graduate Competency Model was build based on the results of AHP. In the end, the application of the model was discussed from two aspects: the evaluation of medical graduates and the reformation of medical education. The conclusion of this research was made and the perspective of the further research also was brought.
