Research background: The occupation is an important constituent in the life of the majority.The choice of occupation is the youth's significant life topic.What occupation the university student chooses are instructed by professional values.In recent years, with the market economy unceasingly advancing and the unceasing enhancement which the society requests the talented person, the problem of university graduates being difficult to get employed suddenly reveals day by day.The medical colleges and universities graduates also gradually transfer from "scarce" in the past years into "unsalable".Graduate's choosing profession psychology is also one of important factors affecting his employment, the relevant investigation and study to it is extremely essential.Studying the psychology of the medical colleges and universities graduate when he chooses profession may not only offer help to him and correct some not good psychology which appears when the graduate chooses profession but also provide the theory basis to the university student career guidance work to impel this work of the university well.In the 21st century China's social situation has had complex and deep transformation, the economical ingredient and the economic interest diversification, the social life way diversification, the form of social organization diversification, the employment post and the employment way diversification is getting obvious day by day.This economical and the environmental change is causing the adjustment to the medical colleges and universities graduates' thinking mode, value orientation and behavior criterion and so on, and it often tends to need the forming of new value orientation according to their own benefit .As to the medical school students who are going out of the school gate, and have no social experience,it is not strange to have certain psychological question facing the employment, but also not difficult to understand, but the adjustment must be payed attention to. When choosing profession graduates have the varying degree psychological barrier, like anxiety, inferiority, loss, indifference and so on.Analyzing from the influence factor ,it mainly lies in the synthetic influence of the school authorities factor, the individual (graduate) factor and the social factor .Reasonably guide and adjust medical graduate chooseing profession psychology, begin together from the supply side (school, graduate), the needing side (society) and the third side (government),alleviate the influence choosing profession psychology has on the employment, explore and develop new way of employment, and promote the medical university's healthy development together.
