From the perspective of self-efficacy, the research is to make a profound study on the relationship of undergraduate students'self-efficacy and the level of interaction ways in the classroom in different type of course. Based on the questionnaire investigation of 370 undergraduate students in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the article describes the characteristics of undergraduate students'interaction in the classroom in different type of course. Next, this research probes into the effect of general self-efficacy, subject-specific self-efficacy, interpersonal communication self-efficacy and other influential factors on the level of undergraduate students'interaction ways in the classroom in different type of course, and attempts to make a theoretical explanation.There are three conclusions as follows: with the different type of course, there exist notable difference in characteristics of undergraduate students'interaction in the classroom; The effect of general self-efficacy, subject-specific self-efficacy, interpersonal communication self-efficacy on the level of undergraduate students'interaction ways in the classroom in different type of course is different notabliy; The level of total self-efficacy has notable effect on the level of undergraduate students'interaction ways in the classroom in different type of course; General self-efficacy, subject-specific self-efficacy, interpersonal communication self-efficacy, individual characteristic and teaching style of the teachers influence the level of undergraduate students'interaction ways in the classroom in different type of course differently.
