Innovation Of Fund-raising Way On College New Campus Construction And Land-displaced

At present, land-displaced as one kind of fund-raising, it speeds up the development of the economics, and it has been applied and has been taken more attention by the people. The purpose of the thesis is to suppose applying land-displaced to help the college to raise funds to build a new campus.With the quick development of higher education in 21th, the lack of the college resource is not adapt to it, so, it is the first choice for the college to build a new campus to release the pressure. But how to raise a great deal of money is a problem for the college. Shortage of fund has become a very serious bottleneck that obstructs the development of colleges.However, the college can not have enough money through the financial allocation,the fee-revenue,the science and research, etc. Bank-college cooperation is a good choice for most major colleges, but the unessential colleges are hard to get the money from the bank.This thesis is to research the whole procedure of college land-displaced, based on the successful experience of town and enterprise, depend on the theory of location and differential rent, and analyze the problems in the procedure, then provide the strategies, at last, it proved the land-displaced is one efficient fund-raising way for the unessential colleges.
