Throwing project is a basis to force, speed is the core of the sport. Force is generated by muscle contraction, throwers in order to achieve excellent athletic performance, not only to master the operation of technology projects, but also has good power quality.Trunk strength exists in all sports, all sports movements are at the core of the trunk muscles kinematic chain, strong trunk muscles for movement in the body posture, movement technology plays a role in the stability and support. The trunk is the core of all movements, the human body strength from the torso, the dominant and integrated into limbs. Throwing project technical action involves multiple planes inside the body in the trunk muscles play an integral function in the body to form a power transfer chain is completed campaign mission.
