| The cultivation of innovative talents requires the research-based teaching in universities. The research-based teaching in university is a teaching that faculty takes students'cultivation in research consciousness, research ability and research habit as goals, guiding students to do the research-based study through permeating research into the teaching process(namely the organic combination of teaching and research). It emphasizes the following characteristics: the transcendence in teaching goal, the transformation in teaching content, the exploration in teaching process, the diversity in teaching form, the expansion in space and time, the mutual advancement in the relation of teachers and students and so on. It pursues the main goals of concerning with students'life, advocating interlocution and propagating the students'main body. Its idea has different forms at all times and in all over the world, which underwent the following developmental processes: germination, shape, enrichment and perfection. Its theoretical bases are people-oriented, constructivism, post-modernism, lifelong integrated study and education. The research-based teaching in university is an inevitable demand for adaptation to the changes of outside and its development, which has some powerful necessities: the necessary demand for cultivating talented persons with research ability, innovation spirit and practical competence, the important approach to promote the combination of teaching and research and achieve teaching benefits teachers as well as students, the primary measure to solve the current teaching problems in university. Meawhile, the implementation of research-based teaching in university is feasible, which mainly includes four aspects: the teaching in university has characteristics of the research-based teaching, faculty provided with quality to implement the research-based teaching, university students with psychologically developmental level and need,use some research-based teaching experience in the overseas universities for reference. The implementation of research-based teaching in university is a systemic project, which mainly includes three phases: beginning, outspread and evaluation. Furthermore, it needs some qualifications, and this paper is mainly from four aspects to discuss the qualifications: faculty, university students, teaching resources and teaching management. |
