A Survey Of Learning And Teaching Of Chuxiong RTV University

In 21~st century, the tendency of international education and global knowledge has become clearer, information and education technology is developing at a high speed, modern distance education has gradually formed a center led by RTV University in China , which has entered a new developing period. Recently, Chuxiong Yi Prefectural RTV University has made some progress in Distance Open Education, but it has a long way to go according tothe requirements of the Central RTV University. In July, 2003, Yunnan Provincial RTV University issued two forms of teaching survey papers, i.e., taking the teachers and students of Grades 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 as examples. Based on the concerning survey result, this report is an analysis on the aspects such as teachers' and students' participating situation, attitude and feeling, studying method, teaching and research, teaching achievements , difficulties and expectations, multi-media resource usage and teaching strategies and so on while discussing the main problems.
