This research mainly uses literature methodology, interview, questionnaire survey procedure and case analytic method to investigate and analyze the evaluation approval of Implementation education and modernization project of demonstration junior middle school in Suzhou scope of Jiangsu province. It is in order to provide the real diagnosis research material with the evaluation for Jiangsu province demonstration junior middle school, aiming to standardize the evaluation deeply, to enhance appraisitive actual effects and to provide reference with the healthy development of the promotion of evaluation.There are some conclusions through the study:1. The evaluation positive sense mainly has three:(1) To urge the government to increase the investment for education; (2) It is a good chance for local government and higher authority educational administration department to understand schools better; (3) To create propagable opportunities;2. The evaluation existence question mainly has eight:(1) The evaluation standards for demonstration junior middle school are unscientific; (2) The evaluation of demonstration junior middle school deviates the educational evaluation directions and principles; (3) The demonstration junior middle school evaluation is false; (4) The demonstration junior middle school evaluation affects slightly, but consumes much; (5) The declaration of demonstration junior middle school evaluation has impure motives; (6) The demonstration junior middle school evaluation is actually to paste labels; (7) The demonstration junior middle school evaluation has bad effects on students; (8) The demonstration junior middle school evaluation reflects that the government exists problems in public administration.According to above findings, the researcher put forward four proposals and countermeasures(1) To entrust the government education inspection office with rights;(2) Demonstration junior middle school's evaluation should change into supervising and inspecting the transforms of the weak junior middle schools;(3) To reduce the schools' summarized educational evaluation and general comparison and evaluation inspects, to insist on conventional supervision and to strengthen special inspection directions to the Voluntary Educational Law;(4) Guarantee the solemnity and authenticity of evaluation as far as possible.
