According to the opinions on strengthening the language work in schools issued by the national language commission,teachers are required to meet the national standard of mandarin,that is,grade 2 or above,have high recitation ability and clear expression ability,and be able to master and make full use of the standard language in daily teaching work.In the teaching process,teachers not only need to answer all kinds of questions of students,guide students to learn new knowledge and skills,but also their own words and deeds have an imperceptible influence on students,setting up a model of behavior for students.Further,because the language discipline has the particularity of other subjects do not have,so to the requirement of Chinese teacher is more special,more specifically,the language teacher not only need to have the solid specialized knowledge and the basic requirements include have clear expression ability and standard pronunciation,can speak good mandarin,for students' language learning to play the role of demonstration and environment.Unfortunately,the existing literature,relevant survey data and research results all show that at present,the Chinese teachers' reading demonstration ability in various regions of China is far from the expected level of the country.Teacher read demonstration in this essay,on the basis of the importance and necessity,through the questionnaire design,distributed,fill out and statistical analysis and research,reveals the junior middle school language teacher in the reading teaching process and the common problem,and with the current version of the junior middle school language teaching material as an example,detailed instructions on common style reading method in junior middle school language teaching material and Chinese teaching goal need to improve reading skills,thus in broadcasting and hosting art "prepared method","seven kinds of expression skills" such as the main content is discussed and the development,on the basis of it,this paper combines the department also innovative version of the junior middle school language teaching material,Through in-depth discussion and full demonstration,the paper finally achieves the goal of providing operable skills and corresponding theoretical support for Chinese teachers' reading demonstration.In this paper,in order to improve the middle school Chinese teachers' reading ability goal,with broadcasting and hosting art teaching system of the system theory as the basis,fully expounded and expand the inner meaning of the "language skills",and to make up version of the junior middle school language teaching material,for example,to explore all kinds of style in the middle school language teaching material reading skill method,in order to improve the language and Chinese language teacher professional ability,and make the corresponding contribution to the meet the national standard.
