The development and utilization of the resources of dynamic production in the classroom is a new topic emerging under the background of the reform of new curriculum. The Chinese teachers' development and utilization of the resources of dynamic production in the classroom conform to the requirements of the reform of new curriculum, keep an eye on the development of both the teachers and students, and promote the development of the teachers' speciality. Through the questionares and interviews of the Chinese teachers in high middle schools, the paper find that the Chinese teachers have insufficient understanding of and put inadequate emphasis on the resources of dynamic production and the level of their development and utilization is not deep enough in the present classroom teaching. Teachers' ideas and levels need to be promoted and renewed. On this basis, the paper advances the development and utilization of the resources of dynamic production from the aspect of teachers' roles. Teachers should become the participant in the classroom dialogues, the reorganizer of the classroom information, the digger of the text resources of the dynamic production, the stimulant to the student resources of dynamic production and the grower of teacher resources. The paper probes into the teachers' roles and the tactics of changing their roles in their teaching process through an analysis of large amounts of teaching and learning cases.This paper studies and analyzes the sense of teachers' roles in the development and utilization of the resources of dynamic production in the classroom teaching, mainly adopting the ways of documents and data, scales, questionares, interviews and cases.The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly including the definition of the topic, the backgrounds of advancing the topic and the related research and comments. The second chapter sorts out the theoretical basis from the four aspects: theory of curriculum, theory of teaching and learning, theory of studying and theory of teachers. The third chapter does the investigation, research and analysis of the present situation of the topic through the means of questionares and interviews. The fourth and fifth chapters probe into the teachers' roles and the tactics of changing their roles in their development and utilization of the resources of dynamic production through analyzing the teaching and learning cases.
