With the development of the society, the spirit of creativity is becoming more and more important and should be developed from elementary schools. What’s more, the fast changing society requires increasing talents in different fields; consequently, education should not concentrate on top students but on average students. However, some traditional teaching modes still prevail and hinder such progress, and one of them is the rigid implementation of the teaching plan regardless of the dynamic generative resources, a kind of unexpected curriculum resources spontaneously generating from the interactions between the teacher and the students, the students and the students, can be instantaneously captured and used by the teacher to serve as a new way to teach in place of the original design, and the new way usually attains better effect, meets different students’instant needs and develops their potentiality; whereas, the use of such complex and potential resources pose a demanding requirement for the teachers. Therefore, the research intends to explore some strategies to use them, the present use situation in the English classes of primary schools and the possible factors to influence the use of them. This paper consists of four sections. The first section is the introduction and the literature review of the research, the second section elaborates the research design, the third section is the data collection and analysis, which first selects a fine classification beneficial to solve the practical problems in teaching among many other classifications; then presents and further analyzes the representative examples to have a better understanding of such resources in the English classes of primary schools and also elicits some useful strategies; further gradually reveals the present use situation in primary schools and the underlying factors through the class observations, interviews of four teachers from the two different level schools and a questionnaire for more teachers; and the last section concludes the findings and puts forward some suggestions on teachers and schools.
