With speeding-up of higher education population process, higher vocationalschools have achieved leap-forward development. Their school scale, runningideology, administration system and operating system has changed a lot. As animportant part of higher vocational schools, construction and educational value oftheir self-govern organization need more attention.Nowadays, higher vocational school students' self-govern organizations are facingvarious problems and shortages, for instance, uncompleted students' self-governregulations, lacking of organization culture, low participant of their members, etc. Sothey can not adapt requirements of higher vocational students' development. However,though there are scholars concerning about college students official team constructionproblem, few of them took specific, deep and systematic research on vocationalhigher students' self-govern organizations. Based on pedagogy, educationadministration, politics and other study methods, after thoroughly investigating forevidences, author took several of students' self-govern organizations as researchobjects, made 20 deep interviews and related surveys. And based on them, authorfocus on specific problems existing in vocational higher school self-governorganizations and analyzed their reasons. Author thought it has reasons of schools,such as influence from vocational school management system and students'administrations, as well as students own problems such as unequal development aims,poor psychological quality, weak self-govern ability, and weak democracyconsciousness and so on. And there are also attrition of traditional administrationthoughts and educational ideology.There from, we have to reconsider educational value of vocational higherstudents' self-govern organizations. Author thinks that their educational value shouldcentralize on benefits of students' growing and development. So author put forwardsfour aspects for reconsidering educational value, which is acquainting educationalvalue while reconstructing relationships between students and organizations, students and other people, students and matters, as well as students and society. In the paper,author demonstrated further that there are three conditions For achievement ofvocational higher school students' self-govern organizations' educational value, that isform of higher vocational school educational value consciousness, distinction ofhigher vocational school students' self-govern organization educational purpose andform of particular gurantee systems.Till now, we have a relative clear idea about educational value of self-governorganization for higher vocational school students' developrnent. Based upon thispoint, according to existing conditions of Shangyu branch of Shaoxing college of artsand science and problems and shortages of their students' self-govern organization,author promoted countermeasures and practical suggestions benefit for achievementof vocational higher students' self-govern organizations, includes following points:reconstruction of leader team and guider team, support from administrators andcducators, perfection of system, more attention should be paid on systematicmanagement of students' self-govern organization, strengthening their cultureconstruction, construction of activity positions and enhancement of activity'sefficiency.
