| With the rapid growth of China’s economy and the promotion of vocational education by talent demand,self-organization of students in secondary vocational schools has dual functions of management and education,which plays an important role in improving the vocational quality of students in secondary vocational schools.With the increase of student self-organization and the expansion of the scope of self-organization activities,secondary vocational student self-organization is faced with some management problems.This paper studies the self-organization management of secondary vocational school students,including five parts: first,the research background and the questions raised,and sorted out the relevant literature at home and abroad,to determine the research significance,ideas and methods.Secondly,the core concept is defined,through combing the previous research literature and theoretical analysis,defined the secondary vocational school,student self-organization,student self-organization management related concepts,and analyzed the student autonomy theory,organizational behavior theory,collective education theory,for the study of this paper has laid a foundation.Then,combined with the research method of this paper,a field investigation is conducted on the student self-organization management of X secondary vocational school in F City,and the current situation of self-organization training in secondary vocational school is summarized.Again,it is according to the questionnaire,analyzes the X F city secondary vocational school students existing problems and reasons,the organization management mainly includes the secondary vocational school students self organization management mode is not mature,imperfect management system,internal management does not reach the designated position,the organization of students lack of resources for development,and from F city X secondary vocational school students the organization management complexity,diversity and so on.Finally,according to the problems existing in the self-organization management of students in X Secondary vocational school in F City,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.From secondary vocational school students’ team consciousness,training secondary vocational school students’ positive thinking,pay attention to the good faith education,secondary vocational school students define the function orientation of secondary vocational school students from the organization and management,improve the secondary vocational school students from the organization and management mode,strengthening the construction of secondary vocational school students from the organizational structure,strengthening the secondary vocational school students self-organization backbone personnel’s own quality training,one’s ascension Suggestions on the management of vocational school students’ overall quality level,improving the infrastructure construction of secondary vocational school students’ self-organizing activities,and establishing a breakthrough fund planning system provide reference for the development of secondary vocational students’ self-organizing. |
