Under the new course reformation, it is important to train the creative spirit and practice ability of students. Creative spirit is first asked to be able to discover problem, in another word, have "problem consciousness" and "scientific literacy". However, under the traditional educational pattern of our country, compared to most developed countries, China's scientific literacy and the problem consciousness of students are generally lower. To promote education modernization, our middle school historical teachers and historiography research professors have responsibilities.In history teaching, "problem consciousness" of cultivating is the effective channel that raises student scientific literacy, elaborate mainly through the following four aspects: "Problem consciousness" is the link that students obtaining historical scientific knowledge; "Problem consciousness" is the foundation that students forming scientific theories, methods and thoughts; "Problem consciousness "is the bridge that students getting scientific attitude, emotion, and value; "Problem consciousness " is the method that students understanding the social influences of science and technology."Problem consciousness " and ability denote student of discovering problem, raising problem, solving problem, and rethinking problem. This thesis aims at exploring the teaching pattern of training this ability. First, in history teaching, focused on historical materials, there is a basis operating pattern of relying on historical data from have known in discovery unknown, through practising. Secondly, based on the network teaching operating pattern under "problem consciousness", in another word, imitate actual history study environments with the assistance of network, so that students can focused on the important subjects through network teaching, finding the problems that need to be discussed, establishing different problems fictitious districts, raising actual problems, and analyzing them, as well as planning the problem solve process. Under the drive of problems, all sorts of educational methods mixed with other educational operating patterns become the major educational area of the research - discovery method, and more importantly, it has been used extensively in history teaching.Teacher must hold four elements on Training students' "problem consciousness" and ability: Setting up the "problem consciousness" of teacher, letting student put forward high quality problems , founding harmonious classroom problem scene as well as playing the main role of student "problem consciousness", so that it can be practiced creatively and consistently.
