The traditional method of lecture, which is used as a common teaching behavior in the Chinese class, is usually misunderstood by the modern education concept and its deserved position in teaching has been denied. My article is trying to resurvey and uncover the function and position of classroom instruction from the aspect of the effective teaching of a teacher. Besides, I' m also trying to establish the open, inclusive and highly efficient classroom instructing strategy based on the modern educational theory by reforming and improving the weaknesses in the instructing mode and method of the traditional method of lecture as well as extruding the advantages of the classroom instruction in the effectiveness, the overall function, and the strong controllability in communicating knowledge under the instruction of modern education theory. In this way, I want to change the boring mechanic lecture in Chinese teaching into a subject of literature combining the effective communication of knowledge with beauty of human in order to realize the interaction between teacher and students in pursuing fusion of science ration and human spirit, and to realize the conformity of knowledge by helping the students reach the assimilation, differentiation and integration of knowledge in their cognitive structure. In turn, we can realize the goal of pursuing the best teaching effectiveness in the classroom.
