With the development of the urbanism in our country, the number of farmers losing land has been increasing greatly. The pressure for their re-employment is becoming gradually intense. The basic causes of this problem are that the literary quality of the farmers losing land is a bit low and that they lack some professional skills. As a result, the requirement to the further education for them has become more and more intense. During the process of the transformation, one of the problems that farmers losing land have to face are the further education. Deji Community which is studied in this paper is mainly a community with lots of farmers losing land. The industries around the community are mainly technology-intensive, and the employees that the industries enroll must be equipped with basic specialized knowledge. But most farmers are not qualified, which limits their re-employment. Aimed at the problem of their re-employment, I think only through the further education can the problems be solved. Just under this background, take Deji Community for example, I do this research on how to reorganize the education resources of the community efficiently, so as to serve the further education of the fanners losing land. The purpose of this research is to hope that the community and educational institutions can provide the farmers with more colorful, non-utilitarian and high-level educational activities, which is beneficial to the sustainable development and rapid transition of farmers losing land. The research, which aims at community education and further education of fanners losing land, has riched and innovated fruits we have achieved. In addition, through survey this paper works out the present educational needs of fanners losing land in Deji Community; through graphic analysis this paper embodies the irrational use of educational resources; through interviews this paper reveals the objective factors which have influenced the further education of farmers losing land in Deji Community and the problems exsiting in the further education of farmers losing land. According to the problems, I looked through many references. On the basis of learning from the pattern of community education among urban residents home and abroad, this paper put forward some pointed and operational models for the community education. I hope this research can provide some useful advices for solving the transform problem of the farmers losing land in Southern Jiangsu, to make this paper have practical significance.At first, through analysing the present situations of further education among farmers losing land in Deji Community, which include: First, the participation motivation and realization on further education of farmers losing land. Second, the requirements of farmers losing land on the further education's content, time and method. Third, the dissertation analyses the condition of these farmers receiving further education in several aspects such as policy, regulation, community operation and participation. From above, several main problems of farmers losing land during the course of receiving further education are revealed. The following are the problems: the policy from the upper department hasn't been conducted; the training departments often operate negatively; farmers losing land are lack of participation activation.Next, through this analysis, we know that the main reasons affecting the farmers losing land in Deji Community to receive the further education are as follows: First, about social reasons, the government and enterprise don't pay enough attention to the further education of the farmers losing land and don't support the farmers losing land further education enough from every aspects. Second, about the farmers losing land themselves, the farmers losing land don't fully realize the importance of the further education and their culture foundation is weak. Third, about the training department, the system of the training deparment is not complete and its resources are short of integrating.Finally, on the basis of the theory research, I put forward a series of strategies on how to build up the further education of the farmers losing land in DeJi Community. First, we should build up the theory of whole-life education in this community. By encouraging the farmers losing land to receive education and advocating this theory to some enterprises employing workers, we can make those farmers form the opinion of whole-life education. Second, the local government should support it. The further education of the farmers losing land needs the local government's policy and financial support. Third, the content and thought of education resources in the community should be reorganized. According to the thought of sharing resources, we should reorganize those available education resources in the community. Fourth, we should build up an operating model about the further education in Deji Community, including the organization structure of the community education, the personnel structure of it, the financial structure of it, the material structure of it.
