Study On Employnment Of Land-losing Farmers In The Process Of New Urbanization

With the rapid economic and social development,and with the inevitable trend of urbanization,the scale of cities has been continuously expanding,and the area of acquired land has been continuously increasing.The number of land-lost farmers has been increasing day by day.The problem of landless peasants has also become a major issue in rural construction.Landless peasants have poor autonomy in employment,fail to improve comprehensive social security,and lose land to urban life,because their own differences are often marginalized,causing many social problems.Although compensation measures have been taken for land-lost farmers,their production and livelihood have undergone tremendous changes due to the loss of land.However,what kind of changes have occurred,what kind of life they have lost,what the employment situation is,and how Whether the resettlement mode is satisfactory or not,what opinions and ideas are there,and how can we truly solve the problem of the landless peasants' after-the-land livelihood problems?We have conducted concrete analysis of specific problems and pointed out the defects of the current resettlement and compensation mechanism,especially regarding landless peasants.Incomplete service and follow-up work.This article analyzes the causes of landless peasants' employment difficulties by combining the current policy environment,market environment,and peasants' own conditions based on relevant theories of new urbanization,employment of displaced peasants,employment of displaced peasants,and employment and resettlement strategies.Selecting the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Helingeer County as an example,the questionnaire survey was conducted to conduct on-site household surveys to understand the compensation situation,living conditions and employment situation of the landless peasants in Helingeer County,and the demands of the landless peasants.Demand,analysis of existing problems,combined with a reasonable path model for the employment of landless peasants in Helingeer County.
