E-teaching-material: A New Method Of Impelling Elementary Education Teaching Quality Balance Development

The middle school the author works in implemented classroom instruction through regularly developing discipline e- teaching-material on large scale and obtained remarkable result since 2001. Hereafter, the implementing e-teaching-material model has been put into practice in Z area, and many other schools were involved, all these actions improve school teaching quality balances in the same area on certain degree. With the appearance of mandatory management, e-teaching-material implementing has been transmitted in different areas, and in feedback, the style improves teaching achievement of the mandated school effectively. It is said that more and more schools of different areas are implementing e-teaching-material.The Phenomenon reminds me of the most popular education topic- the issue of elementary education balance development. In recent years our country had put lots of policies into effect to improve elementary education balance development among areas from Ministry of Education to local government, and obtained great achievements. Because of history, region, economy factors and subjective consciousness of administrators, there are mangy wrongs with the methods of impelling elementary education balance development, and lots of effective methods should be carried out. With the economic development and increase of education investment, the vital issue of elementary education balance development is transferred from fair of education resources disposition to fair of teaching quality, or from fair of hardware facility to fair of high quality software education resources. It's no doubt that the students' parents will pay much more attention to teaching quality. The e-teaching-material plays vital role in improving teaching quality of elementary education on certain degree. So the author began to think whether the e-teaching-material implementation is regarded as an effective method to impel teaching quality balance development of elementary education. Above are the reasons and backgrounds that the author's thesis researched, and the key contents of the foreword.I analyzed in detail the positive factors, negative factors and reason that caused to negative factors, which balanced effectiveness reflected, by makig full use of interview, cases, survey, literature, and proposed some advice on how to display balanced effectiveness of e-teaching-material. This is the core part of research.The first chapter shows fully and accurately the positive function on balanced effectiveness of e-teaching-material. These functions mainly manifest on improving teaching results, accelerating balance development of teacher profession, producing positive change to department of educational research, providing harmonious atmosphere for balance development of teaching quality. All of these directly and indirectly promote the balance development of teaching quality.The second chapter refers to negative factors of balanced methods. The problems mainly exist in the self-problem of e-teaching-material, negative effectiveness on teachers, some worries of teachers and schools, negative effectiveness on students. These problems delays e-teaching-material to display much balanced effectiveness, and must be overcome.The third chapter mainly reveals the reasons that caused to negative factors. Non-unified thoughts are the subjective reasons, and bring to unharmonious organization, non-effective management ideas and Appraisal system. There are many other reasons that influence e-teaching-material playing the role of balance effectiveness, for example, the quality of e-teaching-material, effectiveness of e- teaching-material, the copyright and right of use of e-teaching-material.The forth chapter proposes some effective advice on how to improve balance effectiveness of e-teaching-material. The advice includes unifying thoughts changes, increasing investment, building relative constrution, improving the quality and effectiveness of e teaching material, making clear copyright of e-teaching-material, widening the use of e teaching materal, positively exploring and cooperating in developing of implementing e-teaching-material. Some of the issues are practical exploration in theory and others are helpful experience in certain areas.
