The eighth elementary education curriculum reform work of our country has stepped out solidly in the education information tide with the coming of information age. "The Elementary education Curriculum to reform the Summary (Experiment)" proposed in the reform explicitly point out that the duty is to transform the students learning approach, advocate the students study initiatively and individually under the teacher's instruction, train the students to form the new learning method of independence, inquirement and thecooperation, and must gradually change the traditional teaching method——"threecenters ".The key of Present paper is to investigate and research other problems about that whether elementary student's learning approach in classroom has had the change, What kind of changes are. and the factors of influencing learning approach.The paper has illustrated the qualitative research and has combined the technology recording method to analyzed the present state of the elementary students classroom learning and the factors which restrict classroom learning changes by classroom observation, interview and questionnaire,and it has mentioned the corresponding Countermeasures.There'are seven parts in it:The first part is about the introduction which has illustrated the problems which come from a series of thought about current students classroom learning method and changes,and it has also mentioned the changes and the factors which affect learning method changes. And it has also pointed out the purpose of the study that has summarized some solution to the problems to provide new theoretical basis by observing students'learning method in the classroom and analyzing the problems that exist and making a study of the source of them and the factors that affect students. The purpose is to make teaching researchers and researchers of elementary education theory and think about the reform of students' learning methods again and play an important part in teaching theory, teaching practice and developing textbooks. The second part of the study is about the theoretical foundation and the definition, the theoretical basis includes: philosophy and psychology, and has defined and elaborated on the concept of the following concepts :Learning approach : Students are learning the completion of the basic tasks of cognitive behavior and orientation, it is not a specific learning strategies and methods but student's the basic characteristics of the independence, exploration and research cooperation.The quality of research : The so-called qualitative research is researchers as a research tool under the natural scenes, and has used a variety of data collection methods of social phenomena to overall exploration and analysis of information and it has summarized to form a theory, by interacting with the researchers and significance of their actions Construction.and can be obtained an understandable explanation of the activities.The third part is about theoretical assumptions and the contents. Assuming through curriculum reform of the primary schools to change the classroom teaching teachers to inculcate a single main way of education ,create a democratic and harmonious atmosphere in the classroom teaching to make students participate in operation, practice exploration and understanding experience, improve the effectiveness of learning, and change the method of study and train students'ability to learn all their life,their ability to self participate ,their ability to study problms,their ability to operate,their ability to process information and their ability to cooperate. And it has alos pointed out that the study will focus on the classroom, teachers, students study a three-dimensional, involving study mainly about: current the primary classroom learning situation; the factor of the changes in student learning;the evaluation studies of students in classroom learning method changes;countermeasures analysis.The fourth is the description about document, and it has elaborated research results about home and abroad and pointed out the unique characteristic of this study.The fifth is the process of the study, and it has illustrated the comprehensive reseach method with the main quality research, the subsidiary cultural heritage study method, investigationg research method and quantitative observation method.Reflection is the sixth part, which has pointed out the factors that affect classroom learning changes on the basis of the deep analysis of the curreet classroom learning state that includes : social factors, school objective factors, teachers, students, new curriculum interpretation and lack of teaching resources.The seventh part is about the study of the Countermeasures, it has creatively metioned eight measures which improve classroom learning changes, and they're the measures which establish classroom learning evaluation system, design effective classroom exercises,use teaching combination, combine society, school and family education, form teaching design of combination about acceptance,independence, cooperation and research,increase and enrich teaching resources,teach students to think more and make a study of topics.
