Thinking In The New Curriculum To Improve The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Course

It is knowledge economy age when human society is in 21 century. Quality education, innovation education, cultivation of person with high quality, improvement of national citizen quality and realizing great revival and development of the Chinese Nation are the urgent task for every educator. The implementation of new course innovation is just for completion of this task. Many schools are reserching and exploring a new task---how to promote new curricula, apply new textbooks, reform old teaching method, develop new ideas and encourage students' comprehensive development. As a compulsory subject, the Spiritual and Political Studies educate the students with spiritual lessons, common theories of Maxism, and knowledge of social science. It is an important component and approach of moral education, and an important sign of socialism features of school edcation, and an important channel to cultivate good moral, build up right attitude of life, value and morality. It means a lot to the whole education system and plays a special role.Given the fact of reform and implementation of new courses, every teacher is facing new subjects that how to teach politics class well and how to solve the problems in politics teaching that do not meet the goals and requirements such as teaching materials, teachers, in-class teaching, so as to achieve the best results of ideology politics education and teaching. The purpose of the essay is to research and resolve the new problems arose from the moral and political courses during the implementation of new curriculum and to enhance the effectiveness of moral and political courses. Starting from the background and current situation of new curricula reform, this essay analyzed the new problems arose in the implementation of new curricula of moral and political courses in the aspects of textbooks, teachers, lectures, teacher's training, society and parents and deeply analyze the influence of the problems to the effectiveness of moral and political courses.
